HOW TO ORDER

You can order our products in person at any depot, or by telephone, fax, email or online. We are strictly distributors to the trade and do not supply to retail or to the public.

PAYMENT

It's so easy for you to do business with us because you can pay for your goods in a number of different ways: by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. We make no extra charges for payment by card methods. If you've been trading for at least a year and have posted your first annual accounts, then you can apply for a credit account and pay by CHAPS and BACS directly into our bank account.

We offer credit accounts subject to status with credit limits being reviewed regularly and subject to change if necessary. You can ask for further information or request a credit account application form at any depot.

DELIVERY

You can of course request delivery of your goods. So, place your order by 5.00pm and if you're in a branch catchment area, we can deliver on the next scheduled day by our own fleet of vans, free of charge, with no minimum order value. Please contact your local depot for further details. If you place your order by 3.30pm we can deliver by overnight carrier. Our carriers operate on a ‘next working day' basis which can be up to 5.30pm.
