In the event of a problem with equipment or incorrect delivery, our goods return service provides prompt assistance.

If the product has been incorrectly delivered or damaged in transit, contact your issuing depot who will resolve the problem immediately either on the next scheduled van delivery (if applicable) or by using our courier service.

For product faults, simply call your local depot and ask for an RMA number to start the ball rolling. The number will be logged against the claim, together with your details. The status of the claim can then be easily tracked at any time in the process.

If you wish to return a product that is neither faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will take it back as long as it is in pristine condition and fully re-saleable. To cover our costs on this, we have to make a 15% handling charge. See our Terms & onditions of Sale. If, on arrival, the product fails to work, it will be replaced and charged for, until our testing procedures can establish that the claim is justified.

Excluding NiCad batteries, all the goods we stock and sell have a minimum warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase. Some manufacturers offer even longer warranty periods. Call your local depot for further details.
