Frequency Distribution Delivery Options For New and Existing Clients.

Free Van Delivery

Place your order by 5.00pm and if you’re in a branch catchment area, we can deliver on the next scheduled day by our own fleet of vans, FREE of charge, with no minimum order value.
Delivery to site addresses can also be considered.
Please contact your local depot for further details.

Overnight Carrier

If you place your order by 3.30pm we can deliver by overnight carrier. Our carriers operate on a ‘next working day’ basis which can be up to 5.30pm.
Orders over *£100 (exc. vat) will be delivered FREE of charge to all mainland UK destinations.
Smaller orders will incur a minimum carriage charge of £7.95 (plus vat).
* excludes STB sales and monthly special offer products which incur £7.95 (plus vat) per consignment.

Deliveries to Remote Areas or Outside of the UK

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day. For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland or mainland Europe, your local depot will be pleased to obtain and quote the carrier’s price for you to agree before the shipment is sent. If you decline the carrier’s price, then we will be pleased to comply if you wish to arrange your own carrier to collect and deliver the goods for you. You just need to be sure that your carrier has the appropriate ‘goods in transit’ insurance.

Timed Deliveries

If you need items to arrive by a specific time, we can arrange for delivery before 9.00am, 10.30am or 12.00 noon next day or for Friday collection/Saturday delivery. We have to make an extra charge for this service to cover the work involved to guarantee timed deliveries.
